Hi.
I did not know, that by throwing a frisbee can cause a person to burn off 205 calories. I use to love throwing them when I was younger. Now, that I am 46 years old and having physical problems, I don't know if I can do it anymore. Thanks for the tips on how to burn the calories though. I need to burn them off and loose the weight that I have on me now. How many calories does walking burn off? Not many huh? What about regular exercising, how many calories would they burn off? Say doing jumping jacks, wind mills, sit ups, push ups, etc.? Please, do let me know. Also, what can help out the kidneys? I need some advice on dealing with kidneys. Please, do let me know. Thank you again, for the tips on burning the calories.
     Sincerely,
     Teresa.
